Thailand’s Bangkok hosted the Asian Cadet and Junior Judo Championships.

The final competitions were held in heavyweight categories, as a result of which the Uzbekistan National Team won 2 gold, 1 silver and 5 bronze medals.

Thus, the youth team of Uzbekistan, having received 14 medals, took second place in the team standings of the Asian Championships.

The first place in the total number of medals went to Korean judokas, the second – to Kazakh athletes.
