The prestigious Grand Slam Tournament with a prize fund of 154,000 euros has kicked off in Abu Dhabi.

373 wrestlers (221 male, 152 female) from 52 countries are taking part in the event.

Ten judokas from Uzbekistan are participating in the tournament. Today, male athletes will compete for medals and ranking points in the -60 and -66 kg weight categories. Four representatives of the Uzbekistan women’s national team will also perform in the championships.
