As previously reported, the next stage of the Youth Saber Fencing World Cup, held in Türkiye’s Antalya, was successful for Uzbekistan athletes.

Uzbekistan’s young athletes performed successfully in single matches, and in team competitions, the men’s and women’s national teams won gold medals.

The men’s team beat rival teams from Georgia, Germany, and Ukraine, defeating the Turkish team in the final. The women’s team won the teams of Bulgaria, Poland, and Italy.

The next places after the men’s team of Uzbekistan are taken by the teams of Türkiye and Romania. And in the women’s competition, second and third places went to the teams of Italy and Poland.
