Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Furkat Sidikov has met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China Jiang Yan, Uzbekistan MFA reports.

The parties exchanged views on the current issues of Uzbekistan – China agenda.

The main attention was paid to issues related to the preparation for the upcoming joint events, in particular within the framework of Uzbekistan’s chairmanship in the SCO.

Other issues of mutual interest were also considered.
