Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Gayrat Fozilov met with the Acting OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Uzbekistan Hans-Ullrich Ihm in connection with the completion of his diplomatic mission in the country.

According to Uzbekistan MFA, during the conversation, it was noted that in recent years Uzbekistan’s cooperation with the OSCE and its institutions has reached a qualitatively new level.

The importance of further close cooperation on the implementation of OSCE projects in Uzbekistan included in the joint action plan in 2023-2024 was emphasized.

Deputy FM expressed gratitude to Hans-Ullrich Ihm for his fruitful work and significant contribution to strengthening cooperation between Uzbekistan and the OSCE.

Acting OSCE Project Co-ordinator, for his part, sincerely thanked him for the comprehensive assistance provided in the implementation of his mission in Uzbekistan.
