On July 31, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhromjon Aloyev met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar Hassan bin Hamza Hashim.

According to Uzbekistan MFA, prospects for further strengthening trade, economic and investment cooperation between Uzbekistan and Qatar, and other issues of bilateral and regional agenda were discussed at the meeting.

The importance of implementing the agreements reached between Uzbekistan and Qatar within the framework of events at various levels was noted.

The parties exchanged views on the schedule of the upcoming joint events.
