Uzbekistan’s boxers have improved their positions in the WBC rankings
The World Boxing Council (WBC) has published updated rankings for March. It included 8 of Uzbekistan’s boxers.
In particular, Bakhodir Jalolov, competing in the super heavyweight division, rose one position compared to last month and took 12th place, and Bektemir Meliquziyev (super middleweight) took 13th place. Shakhram Giyosov (welterweight) rose twice compared to the previous month and took 12th place. As of last month, Jakhongir Rasulov (same weight) is in 32nd place.
Murodjon Akhmadaliyev, competing in the first featherweight, took 4th place, Mirazizbek Mirzakhalilov (same weight) 27th place, Olimjon Nazarov (lightweight) 32nd place, and Khasanboy Dusmatov (super lightweight) 5th place.
