Safoiddin Sadirov, a member of the Uzbekistan national team, achieved a worthy result at the World Billiards Championship in China.

Over 500 billiard players from 60 countries, including England, the United States, China, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Belarus, participated in the 6th World Championship, the prize fund of which was $1 million 100.

“Participation in the World Championship is the dream of every athlete. I was able to achieve this honor, first of all, due to the fact that in our country, special attention is paid to the development of billiards, as well as other sports, as well as the fact that the Billiard Sports Federation of Uzbekistan has a worthy place in the international billiards system. As a result of precise actions, I received a prize of $1,500 as one of the 64 strongest billiard players among 500 participants”, says S. Sadirov.

According to the results of the championship and the competition regulations, Sadirov advanced to the 2024 World Championship among billiard players in the top 128 strongest in the world.
