The first day of the WT Asian Taekwondo Clubs Championships, which started in Tehran, became successful for Uzbekistan’s athletes.

Feruza Sodiqova won the gold medal, Charos Qayumova and Svetlana Osipova – bronze medals. The women’s team of Uzbekistan took 4th place in the team event.

According to Uzbekistan Taekwondo WT Association, the gold medalist of the Olympic Games in Tokyo Ulugbek Rashitov is participating in the men’s competition.
