On September 23, Russia hosted the semi-final matches between participants of the 58th World Military Boxing Championship.

Four of Uzbekistan's female boxers entered the ring in the semifinal fights.

Aziza Yakubova, Raykhona Kadirova and Navbakhor Khamidova became bronze medalists.

Uzbekistan’s Mavluda Mavlonova, who fought for reaching the final in the 75 kg weight category, defeated Agata Katsmarska from Poland and got a chance to compete for the gold medal.

The semifinal fights in the other weight categories will take place tomorrow.
