Asian Fencing Championships continue in Tashkent.

On March 1, Uzbekistan and Hong Kong national teams played swords and rapier matches.

Dilnoz Murtazoyeva defeated Hailin Chen from Hong Kong and won a gold medal, while, Shahzoda Egamberdiyeva and Sevara Rakhimova became bronze medalists in sword competitions. Maftunabonu Davronova and Ilyos Molin also won bronze medals in rapier.

The championship, which is attended by athletes from almost twenty countries, will run until March 4.
