Uzbekistan’s army ranked 51st in the Global Firepower Index 2021.

Uzbekistan’s army has 70 thousand military personnel, 194 units of air equipment, 420 tanks, 98 multiple launch rocket systems, 1.2 thousand armored vehicles, 60 artillery pieces.

In Central Asia, the country ranks first (Kazakhstan – 61, Turkmenistan – 86, Kyrgyzstan – 93, Tajikistan – 99), and among the CIS countries – fourth place.
