Navruz celebrations based on the main idea “Let every day be Navruz, my dear Uzbekistan!” were held in the districts and cities of Andijan region.

The people of Andijan celebrated the holiday with enthusiasm and great joy in the city of New Andijan.

Exhibitions of handicraft products, national costumes, as well as national and spring food were organized as part of the festive events.

Sumalak was prepared in pots. Pilaf preparation contests between mahallas, sports competitions, exhibitions of national and spring dishes of Uzbek, Kyrgyz and other nationalities, songs performed by famous artists and pop singers left an unforgettable impression on the participants.
