Cooperation of the Ministry of Health of Uzbekistan with Belpharmprom Holding has become an important step on effective solution of such relevant medico-social issues, health protection and medicine development.

It should be noted that Belpharmprom is one of the leading manufacturers in the world pharmaceutical industry, for today the enterprises within this holding company export their products to more than 30 countries of the world.

At the meeting, Belarusian specialists noted that rich valuable natural raw material base of Uzbekistan, good establishment of inter-branch industrial cooperation create great conveniences for foreign investors.

Another important project is an agreement in the field of production of hemodialysis products and supplies. Hemodialysis is a method of purifying the blood with kidney failure of chronic or acute degree. It plays an important role in preserving patient’s life.

As reported by the Information Service of the Ministry of Health of Uzbekistan, at the meeting, an agreement was also reached on signing bilateral agreements aimed at raising the level of cooperation between medical higher education institutions and specialized scientific practical medical centers to a new stage.

Members of the delegation visited Asia Trade pharmaceutical company and Zomin Pharm free economic zone. They got acquainted with practical work carried out in the field of development of pharmaceutical industry in the country.
