Uzbekistan delegation led by the Chairman of the State Committee for Ecology and Environmental Protection Narzullo Oblomurodov visited the United Kingdom.

The delegation members met with the leadership of several companies and experts, including the Green Liberal Democrats, Igneous Solutions, Delphos International, and AKS Service Group.

The parties discussed issues of establishing cooperation in environmental protection. In particular, it is planned to cooperate on the joint implementation of projects in combating climate change and air pollution, monitoring its quality, attracting British experience and technologies in processing industrial and household waste with associated energy production, as well as training Uzbekistan specialists in the environmental protection and introduction of ESG standards.
