The United Arab Emirates hosted a meeting between diplomats of the Embassy of Uzbekistan and the leadership of Al Ain University, during which prospects for cooperation in higher education and investment activities were discussed.

The Uzbek side provided information on the ongoing large-scale reforms in the country’s education system, business opportunities, and a favorable investment climate.

The parties agreed to organize an academic exchange of students and teachers, as well as a visit by the university’s leadership to Tashkent in November 2025. The possibility of opening a branch of the university in Uzbekistan was also discussed.

Dr. Noor Aldeen S. A. Atatreh, Vice Chairman of the University, expressed willingness to cooperate and noted interest in implementing investment projects in Uzbekistan, including in housing and healthcare.
