As part of the initiative of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, the Embassy of Uzbekistan in the United Arab Emirates has determined the parameters for attracting 10 thousand foreign tourists to Uzbekistan. Currently, representatives of the Department of Culture and Tourism of Bukhara region are in the UAE to further develop bilateral cooperation in tourism.

Members of the Uzbekistan delegation are holding several meetings. In particular, a meeting was held with the General Manager of Air Arabia, Gamal Abdel Nasser. The parties discussed establishing a direct flight to Bukhara from Abu Dhabi.

The tourism potential of Bukhara was presented. The UAE side expressed great interest in the implementation of flights to Bukhara.

This project will be implemented by Air Arabia together with the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Embassy of Uzbekistan in the UAE, and the administration of Bukhara region.
