The Memorandum of Cooperation signed on the eve of the official visit of the President of Uzbekistan to the United Arab Emirates between the Ministry of Agriculture of Uzbekistan and the IFFCO Group laid the foundation for new promising projects.
The document aims to strengthen cooperation between the two countries. It includes several areas, including combating counterfeit products and protecting intellectual property, increasing import volumes, attracting technology, developing training programs, and implementing additional industrial projects.

According to the memorandum, IFFCO Group plans to export up to 10,000 tons of vegetable oil and flour annually to Uzbekistan. Strict measures will also be taken against falsifying the company’s products, and a Food Safety Center will be opened in Uzbekistan under its leadership. It is planned to implement new projects for producing tomato paste, vegetable oil and other food products.
Several meetings were also held with the participation of the Minister of Agriculture of Uzbekistan I. Abdurakhmanov. An agreement was reached to enhance cooperation between the two countries.
