Chairperson of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan Tanzila Narbayeva met with a delegation led by Vice President of the Republic of Türkiye Cevdet Yılmaz.

The Turkish side expressed its readiness to support gender equality, women’s entrepreneurship, organized labor migration, family and social protection, exchange experience in this direction, and implement specific projects.

Attention was also focused on the importance of strengthening interparliamentary cooperation at the regional and international levels and continuing direct dialogue between interparliamentary groups and all parliamentary committees in trade, economics, investment, innovation, banking, and financial, tourism, cultural, and humanitarian activities.

Following the meeting, the parties expressed their readiness to mobilize their experience and enthusiasm to deepen and enhance the two countries’ multifaceted partnership.
