The forum is being attended by the delegation from Turkey led by the Minister of Health Fahrettin Koca.

A special role in development and strengthening of Uzbekistan – Turkey relations is played by the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA). 

The business forum is attended by the heads and representatives of the ministries of health of the two countries, officials from different regions of Uzbekistan, representatives of medical tourism, pharmaceuticals, suppliers of medical equipment, entrepreneurs.

The forum includes industry-specific advertising and cooperation meetings, presentations of companies, visits to public and private medical institutions. In particular, the ministers of health of the two countries will become more familiar with the activities of the Republican Scientific Center of Emergency Medical Care and the clinic of Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute, will talk with patients who underwent surgical operations with the joint efforts of doctors from Uzbekistan and Turkey.
