According to Presidential Press Secretary Sherzod Asadov, 9 new higher education institutions and 15 new educational directions will be opened in Uzbekistan this year.

“We have 117 higher education institutions in our country. In recent years, 26 branches of foreign universities have been opened. The enrollment of graduates with higher education increased from 9 to 27 percent. 9 new higher education institutions and 15 new educational directions will be opened this year.

All this will open up new opportunities in the Year of Supporting Youth and Improving Population Health, as well as in the future for all young boys and girls entering universities”, said Presidential Press Secretary Sherzod Asadov.
