Uzbekistan to host e-sports festival
From October 20 to November 4, qualifying matches will be held in Uzbekistan within the framework of the World Electronic Sports Games (WESG).
From October 20 to November 4, qualifying matches will be held in Uzbekistan within the framework of the World Electronic Sports Games (WESG).
WESG qualifying rounds take place around the world, and only the best players will take part in its final. According to Uzbekistan Electronic Sports Federation, the country’ gamers will play in qualifying matches in six game disciplines.
The city of Chongqing in China is chosen as the place for the final battle of the WESG participants. In March 2019, the best gamers from around the world will gather here. The total prize fund of the tournament is 5.5 million dollars. As in the previous tournaments of the series, male and female mono-national teams will again perform at the WESG.
