Kazakhstan hosts the President’s Cup Tennis Tournament.

Humoyun Sultanov, Sergey Fomin and Nigina Abduraimova are defending Uzbekistan’s honor.

In the M25 men’s doubles, H. Sultanov, in tandem with Lucas Deliano from Germany, beat the duo of Yerassyl Yerdilda and Konstantin Zhzhenov with a score of 6:3, 6:4 and reached the quarterfinals. In the fight to reach the semifinals, they will compete with Grigoriy Lomakin (Kazakhstan) and Zura Tkemaladze (Georgia).

In the first stage of the singles competition, H. Sultanov will also play against Zura Tkemaladze and Sergey Fomin – against Filip Peliwo from Poland.

At the first stage of the W35 women’s singles competition, Nigina Abduraimova will play against neutral tennis player Polina Leykina.
