Uzbekistan national team worthily performed at the final stage of the Wuxi 2024 World Taekwondo Grand Slam Challenge in China.

The Uzbekistan national team defeated India in the quarterfinals but lost to China in the semifinals. However, Uzbekistan’s athletes beat South Korea with a score of 2:0 and became bronze medalists.

Jasur Jaysunov (80 kg), Shukhrat Salayev (+80 kg), Feruza Sodiqova (67 kg) and Gulsanam Alijonova (+67 kg) defended Uzbekistan’s honor in the championships.
