At the International Boxing Tournament Strandja in Sofia (Bulgaria), the Uzbekistan team won six gold, two silver, and six bronze medals.

Following the tournament, Sabina Boboqulova, Khujanazar Nortojiyev, Abdumalik Khalakov, Iqboljon Kholdorov, Javokhir Ummataliyev, and Jakhongir Zokirov won gold medals in their weight categories.

Shakhzod Muzaffarov and Adhamjon Mukhiddinov were awarded silver medals of the tournament. Khumorabonu Mamajonova, Khasanboy Dusmatov, Asilbek Jalilov, Dilshod Abdumurodov, Fazliddin Erkinboyev, and Samandar Jalolov climbed to the third step of the podium.

In the overall team event, the men’s team of Uzbekistan took first place, and the Indian team took second place. Representatives of Bulgaria completed the top three.
