On December 6, Bangkok hosted Thai Silk International Fashion Week, organized by the Tourists Assistance Fund, a gala show of a new collection of Thai silk.

The event was attended by the Prime Minister of Thailand Prayut Chan-o-cha, members of the government, deputies of the National Assembly, as well as representatives of the country’s public.

In addition to models, over 100 heads of diplomatic missions accredited in Thailand, including the Consulate General of Uzbekistan, presented national silk costumes.

Designer costumes made of Thai silk with luxurious embroideries in the national Uzbek style delighted the organizers and participants of the fashion show.
