Baku hosts the 19th Azerbaijan International Travel and Tourism Fair AITF-2023.

Uzbekistan is registered for the first time as a partner country of the exhibition. The Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Uzbekistan, State Unitary Enterprise “Milliy PR-Markazi”, the Embassy of Uzbekistan in the Republic of Azerbaijan and JSC Uzbekistan Airways ensured the participation of the country’s delegation in the exhibition.

Uzbekistan delegation consists of 7 representatives of travel companies, the leadership of the Ichan Kala complex, representatives of culture and art, musicians, and artisans.

Business meetings are held between state tourism organizations and marketing companies, as well as representatives of Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan tour operators on the active implementation of sites.

Azerbaijani tour operators will get acquainted with the international tourism fair, which will be held in November this year in Tashkent, with the conditions for participation in this event.

The program of the exhibition includes a presentation of Uzbekistan’s tourism potential, performances by artists of Khorezm National Ensemble and other cultural events, an exhibition of folk arts and crafts, and a demonstration of national dishes.
