From October 14 to 17, 2025, the 4th International Chemistry Olympiad and the International Scientific and Practical Conference on Chemical Education were held at the Magtymguly Turkmen State University in Ashgabat.

The event brought together about 260 participants from 12 countries. The Uzbekistan delegation included students from Bukhara State University, Bukhara State Technical University, Karshi State University, and the International University of Asia.

Following the competition, the Uzbekistan team won a total of 13 medals: 4 gold, 2 silver, and 7 bronze. In addition, Uzbekistan professors and lecturers conducted masterclasses for students.
