To get answers to these questions, a regular session was organized at the International Press Club with the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education, the Ministry of Transport and other officials.

The participants discussed the advantages of granting financial independence to universities, the reasons for extending the winter holidays, the issues of changing the dates of air and train tickets purchased by students on preferential terms, as well as the benefits provided for students in this regard.

First Deputy Minister of Higher and Secondary Special Education Karimjon Komilov explained the reason for the extension of the winter holidays by the fact that on 10-24 January, workshops will be organized for rectors, vice-rectors, deans and officials of financial institutions aimed at improving their skills and organization of work in a new order.

It was noted that during the holidays, various online contests will be held to organize their meaningful leisure.
