Uzbekistan specialists present scientific developments at the European Congress of Radiology

From March 3 to 8, a scientific delegation from Uzbekistan participated in the European Congress of Radiology (ECR), one of the largest international medical events.

As part of the forum’s scientific program, specialists from Uzbekistan presented several studies on key areas of modern radiology. In particular, issues related to multimodal diagnostics of brain tumors, the use of magnetic resonance spectroscopy, quantitative analysis of brain structures using artificial intelligence technologies, and the application of artificial intelligence algorithms to analyze computed tomography data were considered.

In addition, Professor Nigora Jurayeva of the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Surgery named after Academician V. Vakhidov moderated the scientific session “Advancing Practice in Radiography: Challenges, Education and Innovation”.

During the discussion, modern approaches to radiographic practice, issues related to training specialists, and the introduction of innovative technologies in medical imaging were examined.
