On September 10-20, 2021, Shymkent hosted the 14th Asian Shooting Championships.

Uzbekistan National Team consisting of 28 athletes attended the championship.

Nigina Saidkulova became the winner in individual and team events and was awarded two gold medals.

Mukhtasar Tokhirova and Vadim Skorovarov became silver medalists in mixed team performances. Mukhtasar Tokhirova won two silver medals in Asian, team and mixed exercises.

Uzbekistan National Team won 5 gold, 11 silver and 5 bronze medals at the Asian Shooting Championships.
