Uzbekistan broke its single-day record for new cases of the coronavirus in 2021, on Wednesday.

As of March 24, the number of coronavirus infected in Uzbekistan has reached 81,816 (+138), the Ministry of Health reports.

The number of people recovered from COVID-19 has reached 80,143 (98%).

There are 1049 active cases in the country.
