At the invitation of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a delegation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia led by the Attorney General of the Kingdom, Sheikh Saud bin Abdullah Al-Mujib, arrived in Uzbekistan.

A meeting took place between Prosecutor General Nigmatilla Yuldashev and Attorney General of Saudi Arabia Sheikh Saud bin Abdullah Al-Mujib.

The parties discussed issues of legal cooperation, promising areas for further development of relations between the two countries’ law enforcement agencies.

Mr. Yuldashev informed the delegation members of the results of reforms in Uzbekistan and measures taken under the leadership of the President in socio-economic, judicial-legal, and other spheres.

Following the meeting, the parties signed a Memorandum of Understanding. It was noted that this document can contribute to the development of interdepartmental cooperation.

The delegation members became acquainted with the long-term history, experience, and activities of the Prosecutor’s Office in the museum.
