Within the framework of the summit, the first culinary championship among Islamic countries was held. Leading chefs from various countries took part in the Halal Food Cooking competition.

As reported by the Press Service of the State Committee for Tourism Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the team from Uzbekistan, master chef of the International Center for Uzbek Culinary Arts Akhmad Hamdamov and a graduate of the International Center Nodir Tokhirjonov, took the first place.
