The Ministry of Health and OPASCA German Oncology Solutions GmbH signed an agreement on organization of a new clinic equipped with the latest equipment worth 50 million euros, as well as, on training Uzbekistan’s specialists in Mannheim University Hospital. An agreement was also signed on establishment of multidisciplinary clinic on the territory of Tashkent Medical Academy, where 100 million euros will be invested. It is planned to open multidisciplinary clinics operating on German technologies in all regions of Uzbekistan.

The delegation of the Ministry of Health of Uzbekistan visits Germany within the framework of GIZ project “Advanced training of medical and technical professionals to work with modern high technology medical equipment in Uzbekistan”. Members of the delegation together with doctors of Albertine Hospital in Hamburg participated in execution of complex operations, carried out with the help of robotic technology in surgery, urology, gynecology and oncology. In addition, they are participating in master classes and gaining skills in working with robotic technologies. Members of the delegation also visited Philips, Dräger, Heinemann, Weinmann, Fresenius, Siemens companies – manufacturers of latest medical equipment, where they got acquainted with production process.
