Uzbekistan’s athletes achieved success on the last day of the Asian Championships. Nodir Rakhimov (61 kg) and Ajiniyaz Saparniyazov (92 kg) reached the final, respectively. But they lost the decisive match against wrestlers from Iran.

Thus, Uzbekistan’s athletes won two silver and bronze medals. Members of the delegation won one gold, six silver and five bronze medals in general.
