Tashkent hosts a conference “Russia and Uzbekistan facing the challenges of development and security at a new historical stage of interaction”.

The forum is organized by the Institute for Strategic and Regional Studies under the President of Uzbekistan (ISRS) and the Valdai Discussion Club.

The Forum is a logical continuation of the dialogue between Uzbekistan and Russian experts under the auspices of the ISRS and the Valdai Discussion Club, which began in 2019 in the city of Samarkand within the framework of the jointly organized 10th Asian Conference on “Central Asia and Eurasia: Multilateral Cooperation to Face the Challenges of Global Disorder”.

Leading international experts in political science, economics, security of the Valdai Discussion Club, as well as journalists from the largest Russian media have gathered to participate in the conference in the capital of Uzbekistan.
