The new joint pilot project to increase labor productivity at one of the industrial enterprises of Uzbekistan is one of the most striking examples.

The Federal Competence Center in the Field of Labor Productivity of the Russian Federation shares its experience in introducing lean manufacturing technologies.

A joint pilot project is being implemented to increase labor productivity at Energo Systema NVA, which specializes in the development and production of modern, high-quality electrical equipment for industrial and civil construction, infrastructure, and electrical distribution networks. 

Such a project is being implemented in Uzbekistan for the first time, and lean manufacturing as a direction is new for Uzbekistan. The Institute for Forecasting and Macroeconomic Research was charged with the task of fully facilitating the implementation of the pilot project and further spreading similar practices in the economic sectors.
