Most of the newly infected were registered in the capital (77), Tashkent (27), Samarkand (12) and Surkhandarya (11) regions.

The death of 2 patients from COVID-19 was officially confirmed (a total of 1621 deaths).

According to the Ministry of Health, 1486 people infected with coronavirus recovered during the day (227,423 since the beginning of the pandemic).
