Uzbekistan National Judo Team has successfully performed at the World Military Judo Championship among military personnel, in Paris.

Uzbekistan’s judokas under the leadership of Ulugbek Azizov and Tokhir Fayziyev with 4 gold and bronze medals took first place in the team event.

Diyora Keldiyorova, Dilshodjon Baratov, Davlat Bobonov and Muzaffarbek Turabayev won the title of world champions. Shokhrukhon Bakhtiyorov became the bronze medalist of the World Championship. The second place in the team event was taken by the Brazilian judokas, who won 3 gold, 4 silver and 4 bronze medals. The French National Team took third place with 3 gold, 3 silver and 4 bronze medals.
