The delegation of the Universiti Malaysia Perlis visited the Bukhara Engineering-Technological Institute. During the visit, negotiations were held between the Rector of the Institute Sadoqat Siddiqova and guests.

As it was emphasized, in recent years, thanks to the political will of the leaders of the two states, the friendship and multifaceted partnership between Uzbekistan and Malaysia have reached a new level.

Preliminary agreements have been reached on establishing a nano laboratory at the Institute and the joint launch of such specialties as green building technology and nanoelectronics.

“The agenda of the negotiations included the development of a joint master’s degree program, the organization of dual scientific guidance for researchers and graduate students, the promotion of scientific activities of researchers, as well as the implementation of joint projects for the social and economic development of the region”, said S. Siddiqova.
