Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Vladimir Norov met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kuwait, Sheikh Ahmad Nasser Al Mohammad Al Sabah, in Riyadh.

According to Uzbekistan MFA, the parties discussed the state and prospects for the development of bilateral ties in the political, trade, economic, investment, cultural and humanitarian spheres.

The need was noted for further strengthening the legal framework for cooperation in various fields to give them a long-term and systemic character.

It was emphasized that Uzbekistan and Kuwait have great opportunities for the development of mutually beneficial partnerships in trade and investment. An agreement was reached on taking comprehensive measures to bring relations to an even higher level of development.
