The forum participants discussed prospects for expanding cooperation in such areas as the agro-industrial complex, textile and mining industries, energy, petrochemicals, communications, tourism, and pharmaceuticals.

Director of the Pharmaceutical Industry Development Agency Abdulla Azizov took part in the Uzbekistan – Kuwait Business Forum, which brought together the heads of more than 100 large companies and financial institutions of the two countries.

The event also included B2B and G2B negotiations and an industrial exhibition. The entrepreneurs established new business contacts and discussed practical aspects of joint projects and the supply of goods.

In addition, the Director of the Agency held talks with the heads of several large companies on developing cooperation and implementing investment projects.
