Judges’ Club has been organized under the Supreme Judicial Council of Uzbekistan.

The powers of Uzbekistan Judges’ Club include providing recommendations on the correct application of the norms of substantive and procedural law, as well as clarifications on requests for the application of the Code of Judicial Ethics in certain situations. The club operates voluntarily. Permanent responsible members of the club will be formed from the number of acting judges and veterans in this sphere.

At the meeting of the Supreme Judicial Council, the club’s charter was approved. The issue of appointing the Chairman of the club was also considered.

The judge of Zangiata District Criminal Court Khurshid Sodikov was appointed the Chairman of Uzbekistan Judges’ Club by the decision of the council.
