Uzbekistan, Japan universities sign MoC
The signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Cooperation between Tashkent Pharmaceutical Institute and the Iryo Sosei University of Japan has taken place in Tashkent.
The memorandum was signed by the Rector of Tashkent Pharmaceutical Institute Kamal Rizayev and Vice-President of Iryo Sosei University Nobutaka Taguchi.
The agreement provides for cooperation in 14 areas. In particular, exchanges of teachers and staff, undergraduate and graduate students, planning and conducting joint research, development, workshops, distribution of educational materials, publications and other educational information, short-term training and others.
It was emphasized that all expenses for training Uzbekistan students at a Japanese university will be covered by the Aoikai corporation. After completing the courses, they will be able to work for Japanese pharmaceutical companies.
