The Human Resources Department and the Council for Equality of Women and Men of Tashkent City Customs Administration hosted a workshop on “Urgent tasks of ensuring gender equality and preventing gender violence in Uzbekistan”.

The event was attended by a representative of the national organization of UNFPA for gender equality and prevention of gender violence, consultant trainer, Doctor of Philosophy in Psychological Sciences, Director of the Center for Practical Psychology “PSIXOSFERA”, member of the Association of Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapy of the Russian Federation, member of the Association of Psychologists of Uzbekistan Sanjar Yuldashev.

Mr. S. Yuldashev gave explanations on the prevention of problems that may arise as a result of the consequences of psychological violence, providing necessary assistance to persons with psychological problems.

Participants received detailed answers to all their questions.
