This was stated by the Counselor-Envoy of the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Uzbekistan, Kuk Jang Hyun, during the expert forum “Uzbekistan – Korea: a look into the future”, held on August 23 in Tashkent.

According to him, building a New Uzbekistan under the leadership of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev can give a new impetus to Uzbekistan – Korean cooperation in various fields, including the digital economy.

The event is held in accordance with the Program of joint events dedicated to the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Uzbekistan and the Republic of Korea.

The forum brought together more than 25 leading experts and heads of analytical centers, representatives of research and educational institutions of the two countries.
