Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation Ibrohim Abdurakhmonov met with the leadership of Electronic Afzar Azma, ESFA Group, and Pars Atlas Turbine.

Issues such as attracting Iranian investors to Uzbekistan, providing them with advisory and practical assistance, and studying and solving problems that Iranian entrepreneurs face during their activities in Uzbekistan were discussed. Proposals for developing trade and economic relations between the two countries and plans for long-term cooperation in innovation were also discussed.

Iranian entrepreneurs inquired about the possibilities of joint production of equipment for power grids in Uzbekistan, providing services for repairing power plants. The possibilities of joint production in Uzbekistan of smart electric meters and modernization of the system for monitoring the power grids of Uzbekistan were considered.
