Ambassador of Uzbekistan Ulugbek Rozukulov has met with the Vice Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Parliament of Indonesia for Industry and Development, Rachmat Gobel.

The parties exchanged views on the role of parliamentarians and political parties in public administration and the development of civil society.

The Indonesian side was informed about large-scale reforms in Uzbekistan, including increasing the role of parliamentarians in the policy of “human interests above all else”.

The main attention was paid to the development of trade and economic cooperation, in particular, the expansion of the range of mutual trade turnover.
