On New Year’s Eve, a consignment of legumes worth $500,000 arrived from Uzbekistan to Hungary.
According to the Department of Economic Diplomacy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, within the framework of the export support system created in the country, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, together with the Export Promotion Agency and the Global Export company, is systematically working to open new sales markets for Uzbekistan products.
One of the successful examples was the conclusion of a contract for the supply of legumes to Hungary for $500,000, according to which, for the first time, legumes were exported from Uzbekistan to this European country. Both sides intend to continue long-term cooperation and further increase the volume of supplied products.
Earlier, Global Export established the export of legumes to companies in England, Belgium, the Netherlands, Romania and Latvia, which is due to the high quality and compliance with all the necessary European standards of Uzbekistan products.
